By placing an order with our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Custom Orders
All furniture is handcrafted and built to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, including dimensions, wood species, stain colors, paint colors, finishes, and design details before production begins.
Pricing & Payments
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Production Times
Estimated production timelines are provided as a courtesy and may vary due to material availability, order volume, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays.
Natural Wood Characteristics
Wood is a natural material and each piece is unique. Variations in grain, knots, color, texture, and character marks are expected and are not considered defects. Natural expansion, contraction, and minor movement may occur due to changes in temperature and humidity.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before materials are purchased and production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an order, making a payment, or accepting delivery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
