All of our tables are handcrafted and built to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Returns & Refunds

• Custom furniture orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in our production schedule.
• If you need to cancel your order before materials have been purchased and work has begun, please contact us immediately. Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.
• Any concerns regarding damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the issue.
• Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain patterns, knots, color, and character marks are not considered defects and are part of the unique beauty of each piece.
• Minor movement, expansion, contraction, or checking caused by seasonal humidity changes is a natural characteristic of solid wood furniture and is not covered under our return policy.
