Shipping policy

Because every table is custom-built, production and delivery times vary based on the size, design, and complexity of each project.

Estimated lead times will be communicated before production begins.

Once completed, orders may be:

  • Picked up by the customer
  • Delivered locally (if available)
  • Shipped through a third-party carrier when applicable

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Upon delivery, customers should inspect their furniture immediately. Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Derr Custom Tables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
