Shipping policy

Because every table is custom-built, production and delivery times vary based on the size, design, and complexity of each project.

Estimated lead times will be communicated before production begins.

Once completed, orders may be:

  • Picked up by the customer
  • Delivered locally (if available)
  • Shipped through a third-party carrier

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. For some orders, customers may be responsible for assisting with delivery into their homes.Β 

Upon delivery, customers should inspect their furniture immediately. Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported immediately while the shippers are still present.

The Farmhouse Finds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
